  3. Refined Carbohydrates - This includes all pastas that contain flour (wheat or white) All rice (even brown rice)
  4. All breads containing Yeast or Flour - Even if the bread is sprouted it must be avoided but it can be eaten once or twice per week after the condition has been addressed for several weeks.
  5. Any type of MSG - There are over 40 different Types of MSG (Monosodium glutamate) under different names that are in processed foods. (avoid all processed foods, whether it is organic or not)
  6. All Soy - Most soy is genetically modified and is very dangerous to anyone's health. Even natural soy is not good for the body and will not help with a candida infection.
  7. Most Nuts and seeds - Due to containing mold most nuts need to be avoided. (chia, hemp seeds, small amounts of Brazil nuts (6 or less in a day) and almonds are ok to eat)

The following meats can be added to anyone's diet. NO sauces can be used, or seasonings, unless they are made fresh. Most seasonings bought at the grocery store contain MSG or other chemicals and could bring back the yeast to an overgrowth state in the body.

  1. Organic Cooked meats "small servings" of beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc. (NO processed meats that come in a package and are precooked)
